ASCENSION PUBLIC SCHOOLS June Depots Computing Device Repair (summer school students and freshman) Student and staff computing device repair issues should be reported by calling (225) 391-7485. We have modified locations and hours for swapping out devices and chargers. Computing device issues should be reported by calling (225) 391-7485. The phone support technician will initiate a work order to the Technology Department, who will attempt to resolve the issue by logging into the computing device remotely. A tech from the IT Department will call the family, using the information provided, to schedule a time to remote into the computer to try to resolve the issue. Contact will be made as soon as possible, if the problem cannot be resolved remotely, the parent or staff member will be given directions to swap out a device using the following procedures. Mondays 9 a.m. - 3 pm. East Ascension High School Old Cafetorium Tuesdays 9 a.m. - 3 pm. Donaldsonville High School Library Wednesdays 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Dutchtown High School Northside PODS Thursdays 9 .m. - 3 p.m. St. Amant High School Room 833 (T-Building) Parents or Guardians should be the only ones visiting sites for exchanges. No one is allowed at any school site if they are sick or someone in their household is sick. High School device swaps will require the parent/guardian to sign into the device with the student's username and password before departing the site. Broken chargers can be replaced at any location. Please bring broken charger. Must wear a mask to enter the building and while service is provided. ***Parents/Guardians can go to any site.
