CLIFTON, NJ SCHOOL #4 School R.O RE: Sponsors for our Color Run and End of Year BBQ Fundraiser May 25, 2023 As we get closer to the end of the 2022-2023 School Year, we would like to end with a BANG! On June 11th we are planning on hosting a Color Run alongside our End of Year BBQ, where we will be hosting our very own Color Run! For those who don't know, a Color Run is a popular marathon-type activity that involves throwing colored powder and paints at each other while running to the end of the lane. It's a fun, wholesome, and creative way to relax, de-stress, and welcome the summer. PARENT-TEACHER ORGANIZATION This event is an opportunity for parents to have fun with their children, and for business owners like you to connect with the community. As a PTO Board, we never reach out for sponsors and donations, but our strive and goal of making this a great event for our local community, improvements for our students, and support for our teachers has made us seek out the support our business partners, neighbors, and community members just like you! We are humbly asking for a small donation or sponsorship from your business. Sponsorships start at $100 and will include the displaying of your business' logo in our Community Banner and Post-Event Promotional Video. Contributions greater than $150 will also provide the opportunity to display and advertise your products, services, and/or business highlights during our event. As mentioned before, we rarely reach out to the community and businesses like yours, but with the fact that this is an open to the public fundraiser, we find it a great opportunity for us and businesses like yours to reach out and advertise to the community.
