Families/students with an IEP or 504 Plan, ages Birth to 21, including Resource and SAIL students WHAT WE HOPE TO ACCOMPLISH? → Bridge the gap between families and agencies: Colleges, DDA, DVR, Social Security and other Community Resources Have meaningful conversations around access to services Share information and connect with families in a timely manner! Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 6:30-8:30pm LIVE at Tahoma High School Commons and Library It is never too early to plan ahead for supports and College Programs for you and your child.
