Apply now: http://www.goarmy.com/rotc Army ROTC scholarships cover FULL tuition and fees, a $420 monthly living allowance and a $1200 yearly book stipend! Applications are open until 4 February 2020, but the next board deadline is 15 January, so get your application done before then to maximize your chances of earning a scholarship. Upon graduation from college, you will become an Army Officer and can serve fulltime on active duty, or follow a civilian career path while training part-time in the National Guard or the US Army Reserves. Out-of-state students that join the Virginia National Guard and attend Basic Training can get in-state rates at Virginia public universities, such as Virginia Tech!
